Early Life :

Satya Hegde born on 17-05-1975 in a Middle Class Brahmin family of Haliyal Taluk, Uttar Kannada District, Karnataka. His parents are Sri. Parameshwar Hegde and Smt. Savithri. His high school education completed in Carmel high school Haliyal in 1989. He moved on to Bangalore and completed Diploma in Cinematography (Sri Jaya chamarajendra Polytechnics) in 1995.

Career :

After Acquiring his DOP certificate he worked for some corporate films, Documentary & Commercial Advertisements and Serials and Under famous cinematographers in Kannada film industry like B.C.Gowrishankar, P. Rajan, H.C. Venu, Ashok Kashyap, P.K.H. Das & Surendranath begur.

His Debut as a Independent Cinematographer is from the Movie Thali Kattuva Shubha Vele in 2002. Visit profile page to see his works.
